Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. This means your returned items must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the product was delivered. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this date.

*Return Eligibility:

  • For any order issues caused by customer selections, such as choosing the wrong size, color, or logo, the return/refund policy does not apply.
  • Non-logoed merchandise can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, as long as the item shows no signs of wear, tear, washing, or use.
  • Visit Milwaukee logoed merchandise can be exchanged only (no refunds), and only if the item shows no signs of wear, tear, washing, or use.
  • Custom, personalized, or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items personalized with initials or other customizations.

To return or exchange an *eligible purchase, please send your items back to the following address with a copy of the receipt and/or order confirmation.
